Refund Policy

Our policy does not allow any refunds. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 3 days of your package being delivered.

Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at lavishleylifestyle@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
“Final Sale” items cannot be returned .

“Pre-order” items are made per customer order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please be sure to order your correct size .

Every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure your merchandise are of top quality and free of any damage. Damaged or soiled items will not be accepted for return.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
